Three factors are important in our commitment:
Community Engagement – working with our community and supporting and driving new iniatives
Education and transparency – Engage with customers, employees, and stakeholders to gather feedback and ideas for improvement. Promote and encourage our clients, employees, and stakeholders to take part in initiatives that encourage and educate on sustainable initiatives.
Supplier sustainability – Assess and select IT equipment suppliers based on their commitment to sustainable and ethical practices. Advocate for responsible supply chain management within the industry.

Empowering Indigenous Innovation
At the core of our business philosophy lies a commitment to not just serving our clients with unparalleled professionalism and expertise but also ensuring that our success contributes meaningfully to the societies in which we operate. It is with this ethos in mind that we introduce our pioneering program under the banner of “Community-Based Initiatives: Empowering Indigenous Innovation.”
For every engagement with our company, clients have the option to contribute an additional hour of their service contract. This hour is not billed in the traditional sense; instead, it is ‘banked’ into a dedicated resource pool managed by our company.
These banked hours are then aggregated and allocated towards providing professional, certified technology engagements for indigenous initiatives that are aligned with our values and commitment to social progress. The initiatives we support can range from enhancing educational opportunities, to improving healthcare access, to bolstering economic development within indigenous communities.
